More Than 4 is a social media campaign that was started to raise awareness to let the National Cancer Institute know that childhood cancer research deserves more than 4% of its funding.

The plates were also inspired by tortoise shell glasses frames. Von’s second cleats raised awareness for lupus. The design was based on a purple butterfly, which is the symbol for lupus awareness. The butterfly wings on the heel were removable for game use.
